God did not intend for you to be overweight or be overly concerned about your weight. Learn how to stop dieting for good and become a thin person from the inside out. Lifestyle changes and how to make the proper food choices along with biblical wisdom will be included in this 12-week class. It's a great recipe in your quest for a healthy body!
